At GMS, we believe that educating children means teaching and nurturing the whole child. In order to achieve their potential, all children need to feel safe and connected to their school community, and many must overcome cognitive, social, or emotional obstacles before a meaningful educational experience can occur. To ensure that all children have the opportunity to achieve their potential, the school counselor and school psychologist along with the district social worker collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and community resources to support children.
