Students Eligible for NHS will receive an eligibility letter prior to the Junior/Senior year if they have a GPA of 3.90 or higher. They will be expected to fill out an application with various sections about their leadership experiences, volunteer hours, extracurricular activities, as well as obtain recommendation letters from staff and write an essay on a given prompt. The applicants are sent a digital application to fill out with further instructions. The eligibility standards are also listed in the CHS Student Handbook.
