The Wellness Team brings another challenge to you this year – to learn more about your own health by understanding what your blood screening numbers REALLY mean.

This is a video presentation that takes about 30 minutes to view. Upon completing this presentation, you will complete a 5 question multiple choice quiz.

By completing this challenge you will be entered into a drawing with your school to win a $50 gift certificate. Deadline is May 30th and Drawing date will be Friday, June 1st, 2012 !

After you have reviewed the presentation please login on the right hand side of this screen, you will then be directed to the quiz. You can login using your computer login username (first initial, last name: jdoe) and the same password you use to login to your computer each day. Only Litchfield School District Employees will be able to login. After passing the quiz (minimum 3/5 correct) you will be entered into the gift certificate drawing.
