Litchfield School District News Article

April 17, 2017

Hello Parents & Guardians,

This is the time when the schedule in the school really seems to fly, so keep an eye out on the events moving forward, particularly as it applies to AP testing, end of the year activities and graduation. Congratulations are in order to Julia Martinage whose Alvirne team came in first in NH and she placed fourth in a recent state veterinarian science competition. Julia will have a chance to attend the National competition with her teammates in Louisville, KY in October.

A tip of the cap to Dennis Perreault who has been offered a summer teaching position in the prestigious St. Paul’s Summer Program.  A final reminder that the Booster Club is sponsoring a fundraiser to benefit CHS athletic teams, April 23 from 10AM – 1 PM @ Merrimac Ten Pin for $20.00 per person for 3 hrs including shoe rental.  Tickets are available at Town Hall or from Booster Club Members.

Work on the Master Schedule is continuing, and we hope to have student schedules done before school ends.  Next week is Spring Break, so enjoy the time off from school with your children.  Finally, a reminder that CHS Administration will meet with parents on Wednesday morning from 7:00-7:30 in the Library for coffee and conversation.

Have a great week everyone!

Bill Lonergan, Principal

You are paid a set reimbursement, which varies by the type of mystery shop.   To learn more, www.campusfeedback.com

Please come to look at local scholarships which are available in the Counseling Office and on Naviance.  Many deadlines are approaching quickly.
