Hello. With only four days left until winter break, we are certainly ready for some necessary time off to share with friends and family. We would like to say thanks to Mr. McDonough and his Student Council members who spent some time caroling in Litchfield neighborhoods last week. Much appreciation also is extended to Carolyn Leite and Jill Pennington and our chorus and band students for their recent, excellent winter concert. This past week, we had SNHU perform an onsite acceptance here at CHS this week where 6 of our students were accepted into their programs for next year. I’d like to also thank the PTO for their nice breakfast snacks for faculty and staff to start the week today. Looking ahead this week, we have nine of our recent alumni joining us Thursday to speak to current upper class students about their lives after CHS. We also are having our annual Tree Lighting ceremony on Friday. One last reminder that when we return from break, the CHS administration would love to have you join us on Jan 3rd for our monthly Coffee With the Administration at 7:00 am in the CHS Library. Enjoy the break and we’ll see you all next year.
Happy Holidays!
