Griffin Memorial School

Registration for Kindergarten students and first grade students not currently attending Griffin Memorial School will be held January 12th-15th, 2010 from 10:00 am-2:00 pm, and Thursday, January 14th, 5:00-7:00 pm.

To register your student for school you will need to PRINT AND COMPLETE THE PACKET LISTED BELOW. You will also need to bring the following documentation:

An original birth certificate
Proof of residence ( such as a current utility bill, rent receipt or purchase/sales agreement)
A recent physical (must be dated within 1 calendar year of the start of school)
A copy of Immunization records from the doctor's office

If you are unable to print and complete the packet prior to the registration sessions we will have packets available to complete while you are there.
