"Spring Revealed"
From its open farmlands stretching to the broad Merrimack River, to the Litchfield State Forest sheltering protected wildlife, we are fortunate to live in a uniquely beautiful town. As the geese return to our fields, and as the yearly thaw slowly gives way to the brilliant greens of spring, we encourage our youngest citizens to celebrate the world around them by participating in this special Earth Day event! Earth Day is a time to recognize and honor the environment. We urge students to appreciate the natural beauty of our town by taking photographs that capture the wonders of spring.
We had a total of 76 entries
and each one was fantastic!
Thank you to all students who
participated.
You helped us realize how beautiful
our Earth really is.
Please stay connected with nature,
as it is a wonderful thing!
