NOTE:
All Full-Time Employees (employees who work 35 hours per week or more) are eligible to enroll in Medical, Dental, Life and Disability on the first of the month following 30 days of employment with the District. Enrollment and Beneficiary Forms are available at the Forms webpage.
If a qualifying event occurs during the year, such as marriage, birth, adoption, divorce, or loss of coverage elsewhere, contact HR as soon as possible to facilitate changes in coverage to be effective on the first of the month following the qualifying event date if forms are processed within required time limits. Changes such as beneficiaries or tax exemption elections may also need to be made, see forms page for appropriate documents.
