Jess Carroll joined the Litchfield School District in August 2023. Prior to moving to NH in 2014, Jess provided social work services in Georgia, Rhode Island and Massachusetts to both families and children. She comes to Litchfield from the Merrimack School District, where she spent 1.5 years in all 3 elementary schools. Jess obtained her Masters degree in Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN.
